The service
Their Chapter creates personalised videos from photos submitted by the customer. Each video is crafted by hand using a combination of specialist software and human review.
What's included
The Complete Gift (£75) includes a beautifully crafted video and a personalised card posted to your door. The Digital Gift (£49) includes a beautifully crafted video delivered as a private link.
Your photos
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any photos you submit. By submitting photos you confirm you have permission from anyone identifiable in them.
Delivery
Digital gifts are delivered by private link once your video is complete. Physical cards are posted via Royal Mail once your video is complete. Their Chapter is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of each video, refunds cannot be offered once production has begun. If something isn't right, get in touch at hello@theirchapter.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
